Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract potential clients.

Promote and market available properties through various channels (digital, social media, physical marketing).

Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that drive leads.
Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring all documentation and payments are completed accurately.
Maintain and update a strong pipeline of leads, prospects, and ongoing deals.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
