Job Summary

 

We’re looking for a proactive Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations, support admin tasks, and coordinate travel and company events.

Key Responsibilities

 

Manage reception and visitors

Handle company correspondence and mail

Monitor office supplies and administrative stores

Support meetings and company events

Arrange employee travel and hotel bookings

Liaise with internal teams and external service providers

Supervise the Office Assistant

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field.

0–3 years post-graduate experience
