The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution.
This includes managing all digital and traditional marketing activities, driving brand growth, and generating high-quality real estate leads.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in real estate marketing, with proven experience in campaign management, digital visibility, event activation, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s sales objectives and brand positioning.
Lead quarterly and annual marketing plans for residential projects, property launches, and investment offerings.
Plan and manage go-to-market strategies for new properties (pre-launch, launch, and post-launch).
Digital Marketing & Content Oversight:

Oversee all digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)—strategy, budget allocation, tracking, and performance optimization.
Supervise and approve content (graphics, videos, copies) for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
Manage CRM tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp), and lead generation funnels.
Field & Traditional Marketing:

Coordinate field marketing activities such as open houses, roadshows, expos, activations, and event sponsorships.
Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials: flyers, banners, signage, outdoor media, and promotional items.
Ensure strong neighborhood presence within key property locations.
Team Management & Coordination:

Lead the internal marketing team: field marketers, content creators, graphic designers, videographers, and agency partners.
Provide creative direction and performance feedback to both in-house and outsourced marketing talent.
Establish KPIs and workflows to ensure timely and quality campaign delivery.
Analytics, Budgeting & Reporting:

Monitor and report ROI on all paid campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Prepare monthly performance reports and present findings to management.
Brand & Stakeholder Management:

Ensure consistent brand identity across digital and offline channels.
Represent the company in industry events, property expos, and marketing collaborations.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Admin, and Project teams to maintain alignment and support business goals.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in real estate marketing
Demonstrated success in both digital and traditional marketing roles
Experience leading a marketing team and managing cross-functional projects
Professional certifications in digital marketing or real estate (an added advantage).
