Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience
Proficient in MS Excel and cost estimating tools (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
Solid understanding of Nigerian construction rates and building regulations
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
NIQS, RICS, or related certification is an advantage
Resides within commuting distance of Victoria Island, Lagos
