Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Make travel arrangements.
Take dictation and minutes.
Conduct research and provide information as needed.
Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, maintaining records, and handling other ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications / Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial studies or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of Office management systems and procedures.
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Competent in social media management.
