Job Description

 

The Sales/Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing brand visibility, and developing customer relationships.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

 

Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C)

Achieve assigned sales targets for fuel, lubricants, and other products

Prospect, negotiate, and close deals with customers

Maintain and grow existing client relationships

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities

Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share

Establish partnerships with corporate clients, transport companies, and vendors

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Track sales performance and provide insights

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications & Requirements

 

Minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

2–4 years of experience in sales/marketing (oil & gas experience is an advantage)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
