Job Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
Wash, peel, and clean vegetables and fruits.
Organize and stock kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Assist with food assembly and plating.
Operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, ovens, and grills.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Should possess an OND or a minimum of SSCE qualification.
1 – 4 years relevant work experience in hospitality Industries.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies & Abilities:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required.
A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
