Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Graduate with BSc/HND Certificate
Must be familiar with the industry standard
5 – 10 years of industrial catering work experience
Previous work experience with a similar industry
2. Understanding menu and recipe interpretation
3. A catering certificate would be an added
advantage.
4. Good communication in the English language
Multitasking to achieve results within specified timelines.
5. High level of organization and detail
