Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or its equivalent in any discipline.

Interpersonal skills acquired to fit in the role applied for.

Professional Certification and banking experience will be an added advantage.

Must not be above 40 years of age.

Must be smart and up to date.

Must be able to develop new business and products for a targeted market.

Must have good communication skills.

Must be a team player.
