Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
Mobilize deposits in line with assigned targets.
Market and sell the Bank’s financial products and services.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and growth.
Conduct regular client visits and relationship reviews.
Source viable loan opportunities and conduct preliminary credit assessments.
Assist clients in loan application processes and documentation.
Carry out customer profiling, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.
Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayment.
Follow up on overdue facilities and support loan recovery efforts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure accurate account opening documentation in line with KYC/AML requirements.
Educate customers on Bank products, policies, and procedures.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Adhere strictly to credit policies, operational guidelines, and ethical standards.
Report suspicious transactions in line with AML/CFT guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation and records for all customer interactions.
