Lagos Cardiovascular Center is seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Cardiologist to provide specialized cardiovascular care, support accurate diagnosis, and deliver evidence-based treatment for patients with heart and vascular conditions. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and world-class patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular and related conditions.
Conduct and interpret cardiovascular diagnostic tests including ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, and Holter monitoring.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and management plans for cardiac patients.
Perform or support interventional and non-interventional cardiac procedures as applicable.
Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations.
Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in emergency cardiac care, including on-call and acute response services.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in line with hospital policies.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education.
Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional best practices.
