Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of professional IT engineering experience
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and enterprise systems
Experience with Windows and Linux server environments
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices
Experience with virtualization and containerization (VMware, Hyper-V, Docker)
Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with IT documentation and knowledge management.
