Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical power, lighting, earthing, and low-current systems.

Prepare mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, calculations, and specifications.

Conduct system sizing, load analysis, and equipment selection.

Coordinate MEP designs with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.

Supervise mechanical and electrical installations, testing, and site activities.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve MEP design or construction issues.

Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Prepare technical reports, as-built drawings, and project documentation.

Requirements:

B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering

3+ years experience in construction or MEP projects

Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools

3+ years experience in HVAC, plumbing or building systems

Knowledge of mechanical design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit MEP)

Project site supervision skills

COREN Certification is Compulsory

PMP Certification is an added advantage
