Key Responsibilities

 

Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Coordinate and support Learning and Development (L&D) programs, including training needs analysis, scheduling, and evaluation of learning outcomes.

Utilize AI tools and HR technologies to enhance recruitment, training, reporting, and employee experience.

Assist with performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.

Experience and Qualifications

 

A Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

1 – 3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources or People Operations role.

Preferably MALE.

Required Skills and Competencies:

 

Practical knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools and digital HR platforms.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sound understanding of Learning and Development principles and practices.

Working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
