Job Description
The Solutions Architect serves as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution, within the various sectors.
The role involves high-level technical, designing end-to-end solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to the customer to ensure technical viability and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
Translate business vision into technical solution designs. Focus on API integration, microservices, and cross-domain solutions.
Technical teams through the design, build, and test phases. Manage technical debt, ensure code re-use, and advocate for new technology adoption.
Act as the primary technical interface for the customer, conducting solution walkthroughs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience
A University degree or Diploma in IT, COmputer Science, Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience – Technology and Fintech space.
Software development and application implementation.
Telecommunications BSS/OSS solution design.
Systems Integration (SI) within the Telecom industry.
Cloud experience, Swagger API definitions, Application instrumentation (AppDynamics), and Project Management skills.
