Core Responsibility Areas (Non-Negotiable)
Candidate must must be able to:
Run daily school operations smoothly
Handle admin role (front desk, petty cash, records, transport, etc.)
Build systems (SOPs, checklists, reports)
Handle parents professionally
Support all staff
Support the Director with reports & compliance
Administrative and Clerical Support
Front Office and Reception Management
Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and format various documents, including letters, memos, reports, and school newsletters, often utilizing mail merge and other IT tools.
Records Management: Maintain and update both manual and computerized student and staff records
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings (e.g., parent-teacher conferences, annual reviews), book appointments, and coordinate logistics for school events, field trips, and functions.
Supplies and Inventory: Monitor and order school, office, and educational supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records.
Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record student attendance and absence registers, following up with parents on unexplained absences (first-day calling).
Bookkeeping: Undertake routine financial duties, including processing invoices, recording receipts, making bank deposits, and managing petty cash or school funds.
