Facility Technician

Responsibilities

Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment

Respond promptly to maintenance faults and breakdowns at client sites

Perform basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry repairs

Inspect facilities regularly and report faults or safety issues

Maintain HVAC systems, lighting, power supply, and water systems (where applicable)

Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials

Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times

Keep accurate maintenance logs, job cards, and reports

Support installation, replacement, and servicing of equipment

Liaise with supervisors and external vendors when required

Assist during emergencies such as power failures, leaks, or equipment breakdowns

Ensure work areas are left clean and safe after maintenance activities.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in related field with relevant experience.
