Facility Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day facility management operations across assigned sites

Ensure cleaning, janitorial, hygiene, and maintenance services meet company and client standards

Supervise site supervisors, janitors, technicians, and other facility staff

Conduct routine site inspections and quality assurance checks

Manage client relationships and respond promptly to service issues or complaints

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, equipment, and assets

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Prepare work schedules, duty rosters, and deployment plans for site staff

Monitor inventory of cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment

Liaise with procurement to ensure timely supply of materials

Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and performance updates

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of facility staff

Control operational costs and support budget implementation

Ensure proper use and maintenance of company assets at sites.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience.
