Work Duties

Build and nurture relationships with existing clients/customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Resolve client and resident complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keep clients updated on the latest products to increase sales.
Gather and relay customer feedback to the organization to improve products, services, and client satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s products or services to effectively address client inquiries and promote offerings.
Manage and resolve complaints made by customers quickly and effectively.
Prepare business documents, such as allocation letters and deeds of assignment.
Handle post-construction inquiries from clients.
Qualifications and Background

Minimum of HND in Business, Finance Marketing or related fields
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised, thorough and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Minimum of 5years of experience with most years in a Customer Service Role.
Experience working in the Nigerian Real Estate Industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Sales and negotiation skills.
