Description

Keeping accurate records of items received from the procurement team.
Ensuring that the store is kept clean and Organized
Issue out raw materials to the kitchen for production using the fifo method
Ensure quality of any outgoing Product(expiry dates, freshness etc),
Meeting the food sanitation and hygiene requirements in the kitchen.
Taking periodic stock count and reporting the need for Top up based on reorder levels.
Requirements

1-3 years of Working experiences as a Store Manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Ability to follow instructions from supervisor
Knowledge on quality control
Good computer skills and basic knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Good communication skills Written and Verbal
Knowledge of food health and safety procedure
Ability to work in a team environment
Highly organized individual
