Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, subcontractor management, and quality control.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Monitor and maintain compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve project goals.
Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and client satisfaction.
Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Evaluate project outcomes and apply lessons learned to improve project processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree and PMP is a plus).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
Should have schedule maintenance knowledge- preempt before something happens, and when something fails.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, combining in-office and remote work as needed.
