Job Summary

 

The Warehouse Loading Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all loading activities within the warehouse to ensure timely, accurate, and safe dispatch of goods.

The role ensures adherence to company policies, inventory accuracy, safety standards, and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Supervise daily loading operations to ensure timely truck turnaround and dispatch.

Ensure accurate loading of products in line with invoices, waybills, and dispatch documentation.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics teams for seamless operations.

Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Supervise loading staff and provide guidance to ensure productivity and discipline.

Verify product quantities and quality before loading to minimize errors and damages.

Ensure proper stacking, handling, and securing of goods during loading.

Maintain loading records and prepare daily operational reports.

Resolve loading discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.

Drive continuous improvement in loading efficiency and warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

 

Minimum of OND /HND /Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse safety standards.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
