Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities

Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching of raw materials and finished goods.

Ensure accurate recording of all inventory transactions in the ERP or warehouse management system.

Maintain proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.

Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and full stock takes) and reconcile variances.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

Ensure proper storage conditions in line with product requirements (temperature, humidity, stacking standards).

Minimize damages, expiries, and shrinkage through effective control measures.

Coordinate loading and offloading of delivery trucks.

Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of customer and distributor orders.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in compliance with safety standards.

Enforce health and safety policies and ensure safe handling of goods.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operations reports.

Supervise warehouse assistants and casual workers.

Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or losses.

Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth supply chain operations.
