Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities

Café Procurement:

Source and purchase food ingredients, coffee supplies, beverages, and pastries ingredients

Procure takeaway packs, cups, straws, cleaning materials, and kitchen tools

Ensure timely restocking to avoid shortages

Maintain quality standards while managing costs

Studio & Creative Space Procurement:

Source studio equipment and accessories (lighting accessories, props, décor items, backdrops, small tools)

Procure furniture, maintenance materials, and studio consumables

Ensure all rented spaces are properly equipped and maintained

Work with studio management to anticipate creative production needs
