Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Web Developer Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a desire to share their knowledge and expertise with students.
As a Web Developer Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive web development courses that prepare students for successful careers in web development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver interactive and practical training sessions on web development topics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP, Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
Develop course materials, exercises, and projects to enhance learning experiences.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, addressing their queries and challenges.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
Evaluate student progress through assessments, projects, and feedback.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training modules.
Conduct workshops, webinars, and hackathons to boost engagement and practical learning.
Applicant must be at least 30 years old and must reside in Abuja.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferably but not mandatory with 1-3 years experience.
Proven experience in web development and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Git, and related technologies.
Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in web development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt to various learning styles.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
