Responsibilities

Academic Counselling & Student Engagement:

 

Provide professional guidance to prospective students on course selection and career pathways.

Respond to walk-ins, calls, emails, social media, and online inquiries promptly.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolments.

Build strong relationships with students from inquiry stage to registration.

Sales & Business Development:

 

Promote training programs to meet and exceed enrolment targets.

Execute sales strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.

Conduct follow-ups and conversion activities for prospective clients.

Prepare sales reports and weekly performance updates.

Digital Marketing Support:

 

Assist in creating and posting marketing content for social media platforms.

Run WhatsApp broadcasts and online promotional campaigns.

Support lead generation through digital channels.

Monitor online engagement and recommend improvements.

Customer Service:

 

Provide excellent front-line support to students and visitors.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Represent the organization positively at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in sales, academic counselling, or customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Good organizational and time management skills.
