Requirements:

 

Female candidate

Presentable and professional appearance

Smart, articulate, and well-organized

Minimum of a Diploma qualification

At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a receptionist or administrative role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations efficiently

Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email handling, scheduling tools)

Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude

Candidate must attach a photograph alongside the cover letter

Responsibilities:

 

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls promptly

Manage front desk operations including scheduling, correspondence, and filing

Provide administrative support to staff and management

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and guests
