Responsibilities
To provide robust field technical support to the Eterna and Castrol lubricant sales team and customers, ensuring product performance optimization, troubleshooting support, application guidance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
The role will interface closely with lubricant sales teams and end users to strengthen technical credibility, resolve performance issues, and support sustainable account growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ lubricants sales experience.
Proven experience in lubricant sales is mandatory.
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Field technical exposure will be an added advantage.
