Key Requirements

 

Experience: 3-5 years experience in restaurant kitchen management; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration.

Certifications: Food Safety & Hygiene Certification; HSE Certification; Fire Safety Training (added advantage).

Key Skills: Inventory & cost control, staff coordination & scheduling, kitchen operations management, quality control.

Leadership & Competencies: Strong leadership, problem- solving, decision-making, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills
