Experience: 4-7 years culinary experience; 2+ years as Sous Chef or Senior Chef.

Certifications: Food Safety & Hygiene; HSE Certification.

Key Skills: Menu development, food costing, kitchen leadership, quality control.

Leadership & Competencies: Creativity, time management, team leadership.

General Requirements:

 

Valid means of identification.

Medical fitness certificate.

Strong knowledge of HSE practices.

Ability to work shifts, weekends & holidays.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Professional appearance and conduct.
