Experienced Driver

Description

We are looking for a professional and reliable Driver to join our hotel team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting guests, staff, and goods safely and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service and representing the hotel in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities

Safely transport guests, staff, and hotel items to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition (fuel, oil, tires, brakes) and report any issues or maintenance needs.
Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations to ensure passenger and vehicle safety.
Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous service during pick-ups and drop-offs.
Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and trips taken.
Coordinate with the front desk or management for guest transport schedules.
Handle minor repairs or coordinate with the mechanic for major repairs when necessary.
Ensure that all documents related to the vehicle (insurance, registration) are valid and up to date.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Minimum of [1 – 2 years] driving experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with local routes, traffic regulations, and safety practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Physically fit to assist with loading/unloading luggage and other items.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
