Job Summary
The Operations & Logistics Manager will oversee logistics coordination, supply chain management, and operational efficiency across the company’s service network.
The role involves managing shipments, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage logistics operations including shipping, delivery coordination, and freight management.
Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners and service providers.
Monitor supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery tracking systems.
Implement operational strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
