Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

Must be working with a Finance or commercial bank.

7+years of experience in marketing, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven experience leading successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

strong marketing portfolio and customer base

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Experience working in a financial or banking institution

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Strong network within the job location and its environment

A certification/license is preferred.
