Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts.
Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and present insights to the executive team.
Strategic Growth: Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify opportunities for expansion or cost-saving.
Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations while maintaining robust internal controls.
Team Leadership: Oversee accounting/accounts payable/receivable teams and foster a culture of professional development.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity and manage investment strategies to optimize company capital.
Qualification & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred and ACA required).
Experience: 8 +years in a finance role, with a good knowledge of BankOne software
Proficiency in BankOne software and advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint are a must
Analytical Rigor: A proven track record of using data to solve complex business problems.
Communication and financial presentation through PowerPoint
