Key Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with the organization’s goals and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee performance and development processes, conducting performance reviews and implementing training and development initiatives.
Address employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment contracts, and internal policies.
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job portals, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Employee Benefits and Compensation:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the organization’s compensation packages remain competitive and fair.
Advise management on salary adjustments and incentive schemes.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate or deliver training sessions.
Partner with external training providers to ensure employees have access to relevant development opportunities.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Administrative Support:
Oversee general administrative tasks, including office supplies management, travel arrangements, and facilities maintenance.
Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR and administrative activities.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and administrative functions.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding HR metrics, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement and teamwork.
Implement employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a motivated and satisfied workforce.
Experience and Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Job-Specific Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Demonstrate leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
