We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant and Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations.. This role will handle bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, expense tracking, and compliance with local regulations, while also supporting budgeting and forecasting to ensure smooth financial management across multiple brands and business activities.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. You must be proactive, reliable, and capable of managing sensitive financial information with discretion.
This role is critical to keeping Innovasol financially healthy and scalable.
You’ll manage bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, budgeting, and compliance across multiple brands, while working closely with leadership to support smart financial decisions.
Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and confident handling multi-brand finances.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Track income and expenses across multiple brands and projects
Handle payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement
Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank statements
Maintain accurate records for tax filing and compliance with local laws
Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions when required
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4-5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Experience handling finances for multi-brand or multi-entity businesses is an advantage.
Key Requirements:

Must be able to work in our Ikate / Lekki Phase 1 Office (Freedom Way)
Some positions may transition to a hybrid schedule after a 3 month probation & demonstrated ability to work independently from home.
Must have a flexible work schedule, and must be available to work US hours and weekends as needed.
Must be creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
