Equipment Lease Executive

Responsibilities

Develop equipment leasing departmental operational policies and procedures
Develop market strategy
Develop finance Strategy
Understanding of the current leasing laws and regulations
Develop risk management strategy
Oversee administrative manpower of the leasing desk
Preparing leasing documents for potential leasees using ELAN standards and regulations
Perform any related tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills Required

First Degree in any discipline from a reputable Tertiary institution
A member or Associate of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) is an added advantage
Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of leasing experience.
Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite-word and Excel
Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of the company
The high degree of professional ethics and integrity
Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly experienced, diligent, and knowledgeable individuals.
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 monthly.
