Key Duties
Take charge of all cash-related transactions while professionally following the company’s communication, procedure, guidelines and policies.
Create a reliably trustworthy database for customers and their transactions.
Reconcile daily with the Online Rep on cash-related issues.
Initiate after-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Drive offline-to-online sales, Konga pay, Konga travels and tours sales streams at the stores.
