Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities while in this role include but are not limited to:

 

Instructs employees on job responsibilities and company policies

Assign tasks to employees based on business needs

Supervise the work of sales assistants, cleaners, security and cashiers to ensure adherence to Prime Pharmacy procedures.

Enforce health, safety and security rules within Prime Pharmacy

Examine all Prime Pharmacy products to ensure accurate price and product quality.

Cooperate with the HR department to ensure compliance of company rules.

Record stock and re-order inventory when needed.

Provide customer service by welcoming, assisting and responding to customer complaints and enquiries.

Monitor and keep records of all sales activities

Discuss job performance with employees, identify issues and proffer solutions

Assist the HR department to carry out monthly staff performance appraisals

Perform all other activities as may be delegated by the Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer or the HR.

Qualifications

 

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 2-3 years experience.
