Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities for this role include but not limited to:

 

Restocking out of stock items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.

Taking out of stock orders and ensuring prompt delivery of out of stock from warehouse daily.

Assisting customers in locating desired shop items

Ensure items on shelves are arranged in an orderly manner at all times.

Assist customers in carrying goods purchased

Ensure all shelves are cleaned daily

Working with colleagues to keep the sales and floor area clean and organized at all times

Addressing customers complaint and inquires as it partains to product on shelves and call the attention of the supervisor and manager where need be

Arranging and labeeling goods in the display shelves

Assisting customers in finding the product they are looking for.

And any other responsibilities that may be assigned and allocated to you by your superior.
