Architect / Interior Designer

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for their spaces.

Create architectural and interior design plans that align with client requirements.

Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

Select materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance the interiors.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project completion.

Produce detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions.

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Professional license as an Architect is preferred.

Proven experience in architectural and interior design projects.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Excellent communication and client management skills.
