Job Summary

 

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business/Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and manage client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

 

Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies

Identify new business opportunities and potential markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs

Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, and networking forums

Qualifications & Requirements

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field

Minimum of 2years’ experience in sales or business development (with leadership experience preferred)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
