Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and distribution channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
Promote company products and negotiate business agreements with prospective partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and present business proposals and sales reports to management.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement growth strategies.
Monitor sales performance and recommend strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Represent the company in business meetings, trade events, and client engagements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
