Minimum Requirements

 

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in social media management, content creation, or community management, with a proven ability to grow and engage online communities.

Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

Experience in developing and executing social media strategies, including content planning, publishing, and audience engagement.

Proven ability to identify and engage creators, brand advocates, and influencers to drive brand awareness and conversations.

Strong analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.

A strong eye for visual storytelling and content quality; familiarity with basic graphic design or video editing tools is an advantage.

Comfortable balancing creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.

Experience using social media management and listening tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.

Working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Excellent communication, writing, and community engagement skills.
