Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about company products and services
Record customer interactions and update records in the system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Generate revenue by converting leads, and closing sales where applicable
Maintain updated customer records and call logs.
Requirements
Added Advantage: minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
