Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Manage assigned leads and follow through to conversion
Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities
Achieve a minimum of 3 sales targets monthly
Maintain a high lead-to-sales conversion rate
Provide accurate information on products/services to customers
Handle complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions
Follow up consistently with prospects to close sales
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
Key Performance Focus
Strict focus on meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets (minimum of 3 deals)
Strong emphasis on lead generation to sales conversion
Ability to close sales consistently from inbound and assigned leads
Deliver measurable, result-driven outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 4 – 7 years experience in customer service and/or sales roles
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience in handling leads and converting them into sales.
Other Requirements:
Must be highly target-driven and performance-oriented
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
No outdoor marketing required
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
High level of professionalism and accountability
Ability to work independently and within a team.
