Job Summary
They are seeking an experienced Male Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director/Lead Consultant.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, emails, and task lists.
Prepare and format documents, reports, proposals, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy information retrieval.
Conduct research and prepare briefing notes and summaries to support decision-making.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including agendas and meeting minutes.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Director, clients, partners, and internal teams.
Draft professional emails, letters, and other communication materials.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
Support the planning and execution of training programs, consulting projects, and client engagements.
Arrange local and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage confidential information, and handle multiple priorities.
Experience in training, consulting, or professional services is an added advantage.
