Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure project.
Responsibilities
Manage, supervise, and coordinate a 10-man team that specializes in construction and finishing.
Maintenance of high-rise buildings
Ensure that the structure is safe, stable and meet engineering standards
Installation of aluminum/glass, finishing of doors and windows partition.
Monitor maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.
Contractor management such as contractor sourcing, pricing and tendering to completion.
Relevant work experience/Qualifications
Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an additional advantage).
4 – 6 years relevant work experience.
Must have hands on experience in finishing buildings and construction.
Knowledge and proficiency in industry-specific software, like AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer-aided design software..
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: N270,00-N300,000 monthly
