Key Responsibilities

 

Workflow Management: Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and manage travel logistics.

Communication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries via email and phone.

Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain filing systems, and draft professional correspondence.

Office Support: Monitor office supplies, handle basic bookkeeping, and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

 

Experience: 5+ years in an administrative or office support role.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.

Organization: Top-tier time management skills and a knack for prioritizing urgent tasks.

Soft Skills: Clear verbal and written communication with a professional, “can-do” attitude.

Social Media Management: must be proficient in social media and new management.
