Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate financial records, books, and ledgers across all business units.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Track daily sales and ensure proper financial recording across outlets.

Cash Flow & Expense Management

Monitor and manage company cash flow, expenses, and revenue.

Ensure proper tracking and control of operational spending.

Manage payments, invoicing, and receivables effectively.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor production costs, inventory usage, and operational expenses.

Identify cost leakages and implement cost control measures.

Reconciliation & Accuracy

Perform regular bank and sales reconciliations.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data.

Maintain proper financial documentation and records.

Financial Support to Management

Provide financial insights and reports to support business decisions.

Track performance and highlight areas requiring attention.

Requirements:

Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or retail operations.

Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Proven ability to independently manage full accounting operations.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and cash flow management.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location business environment.
